Going back to the orginal subject of the thread.

It is an offense to disturb your neighbourhood with the likes of loud music until 11pm plus, especially if someone complains.

You could talk to a friendly cop you might know and discuss the matter with him. He could explain your grievances with the noisy neighbour and tell him he is committing offense. That said, your noisy neighbour may get upset and lose a bitta face.

If you do grass on him, it is recommended to avoid the geezer when he is drunk, otherwise you could be practice target for his shotgun
