Well, yes Nooch hinted to me several times that in northern Thailand-closer to the mountains-it is not as hot as in south of Thailand, you can even see snow if you go little up those mountains. But those living in Bkk. all their lives....they never experience a nice snow fall...or do they?.....did it EVER snow in Bkk....
