Are you joking ? I'm saying that he's lurking at the womens dorm/showers. Is that really so difficult to understand ?
Dictionary:

dit·to
noun /ˈditō/
dittos, plural

Used in accounts and lists to indicate that an item is repeated (often indicated by ditto marks under the word or figure to be repeated)

Used to indicate that something already said is applicable a second time
- if one folds his arms, so does the other; if one crosses his legs, ditto

A similar thing; a duplicate And a dorm is not the same thing as showers. Showers could be legitimately equated with bathroom, however, as I did (BATH is the operative word there)
