Wow..I just had a bad experience a few days ago which leaves me wondering. In all the years I have been here I've never had it happen until now. Years ago it use to be they would just want a few pesos and were pretty decent about it. Now it is quite different. They pull you over and you don't know what they want, take you to jail, rob you, kill you, who knows.
