John Crow,former governor of Canada's Central Bank,and now a "Consultant"(read "Promotora!)for Skociabank Bank of Canada Ltd.,emerged from his meeting with President Hipolito Mejia this week spouting the wonders of the dominican economy! He used words like "Open","dynamic",and "Ready to take advantage of the times!

Mister Crow is either a fool,a liar,or both.But more likely,just a "good boy" trying to "hype" the DR "Toileted" economy,in which Scociabank is so heavily invested! It is sad to see so many First World Government Officials,"Sell Out" to the highest bidder once they leave office!
Anybody have any idea "What " economy Crow is talking about?It sure isn't the one we have lived in for the last two years!!
