I'm not buying the whole bi-polar thing. What we're hearing are the rants of mania induced by years of cocaine use and )probably now) over the counter stimulants. Are they drug testing him every 12 hours? Probably not and coke is only detectable in the system for a very short time.

hes a longterm douche though. i remember back in my teen-bop days there were pictures of charlie "and friend" who usually turned out to be some skanky porn start, like ginger lynn. i have a hard time with the defender since charlie isnt really just living life to the excess in a bubble. it affects his kids, his family, his coworkers. his latest rants creep me out though being that he IS a longterm douche yet hasnt been so mel gibson style vocal about it until now. hence the desperate need for a deathwatch! a total megalomaniac indeed. but also, that show really REALLY sucks. it does provide the evidence that there is no end of oversized bowling shirts available to wardrobe. Exactly. This guy has been at it a long time - living a life of privilege and nepotism.

I'm pretty sure this will end in disgusting disaster. He's been an addict for FAR too long to really fix it (imho, of course) and his ego finally has center stage.

Also? If he were a woman? The same men would utterly despise and revile him, call for his kids to be removed and his show cancelled. Being an abusive, worthless, nasty, contemptible pig is a male privilege, not a female one! I said something similar in the Random Gossip thread but that last sentence is so friggin true it makes me want to cry/scream/lactate (I really wanted to think of something uniquely female
