Well, my best round started with a par, or more precisely a 25 foot par save. A good putt early can make some stuff happen, and the chip eagle birdie that followed was nice. Then I just grinded for the next five trying to not leak it all away and with birdie on nine still only shot a 35 out. Then birdie, birdie on 10 and 11, with one more coming in on 14 with all pars amd I shoot 68. Still can't quite believe that actually happened. It was like playing tiger woods golf, only it happening outside. Only thing I was thinking about to be honest was making every putt, taking just a little more time than usual and not caring about results. I didn't know how far under I was until 17, and promptly fired my tee shot on 18 right in the drink. Managed a great third shot from 218 out to 20 feet and two putted for par. Basically, give into your practice and take dead aim.
