I went running yesterday (10th day of Induction) but this time I did it at the gym. I think my main problem last week was dehydration. When I'm running outside, I'm not drinking water and start feeling bad after a mile or two. At the gym, I was able to keep drinking water while running and that may have helped a lot.

Anyway, I made 3 miles for the first time since starting Atkins so I'm happy about that.
