I am extremely busy as well, so I started getting up earlier to exercise everyday, and it had made a world of difference.

Not only am I getting more fit, but my stress level has gone down considerably. I am now to the point where I need (and want!) to exercise because it makes me feel so good. My advice is to start slow and simple and to be consistant, that is the key. Pretty soon you will be amazed at what you can do!
