I lost 6 lbs last month, which I'm skeptical about haha, waiting for it all to come back on in one week or something :P

Weight goal: Lose 4lbs (total goal: 101lbs lost, let's get that monkey off our back, shall we?)
Exercise goal: At least 10 minutes every day except Wednesdays (I work/school from 7am-11pm, I deserve a rest lol)

1- 5 hours of walking/shopping/cleaning
2- 40 minute walk
3- Planning on 10 minutes of weights/yoga

4- 30 minute walk

7- 30 minute walk

9- 15 minutes zumba
10- 30 minutes running
11- 30 minutes zumba

13- none
14- none
15- 30 minutes running/zumba/weights/yoga

16- 30 minutes
17- 30 minutes
18- none
19- 15 minute run
20- none
21- 5 minutes yoga
22- 45 minute run, with more to go
