By the way, have made many times in the past couple of weeks. I spray a cookie sheet with either Pam or Olive Oil cooking spray, then wipe it off. I prefer the spinach leaves without the stems, so I cut those off. These are delicious.... I prefer them when I make a hamburger wrapped in a romaine leaf with lettuce (mixing of veggies, I think, but this is the only time I mix anything and have never had stalls--but BEWARE, your mileage may vary).
