Oh ok cool so I guess your average loss isn't too much higher than mine - I'm about 0.25lbs a day and you're about 0.3lbs per day I think? I was trying to estimate my maintenance calories for P3 based on how much I was losing in P2...thinking that the hcg was causing me to release enough calories of fat to make up to my maintenance calories from the VLCD. Is that not correct then? Cos that would put me at like, 1000 calories for maintenance, which didn't really seem like a lot.

If i use your 11x bodyweight method it would be like 1200. And then do I add an activity factor? Which for me would be like 1.2-1.3 cos I'm sedentary pretty much...so calories about 1500?

Hmm...guess the proof will be when I get there! But I'm just worried cos the one day on P2 I ate like 600 calories cos my dose was off and I ate more of the protocol foods, I gained about 1.5lbs!
