I can see you have a rough time of it, sorry about that. Sounds like you are doing fantastic nonetheless. I know that Dr. S is adamant about getting the protein though b/c we are on the verge of protein deficency with this but if you get your 7 oz in you should be ok. Maybe you could pack some cooked chicken and grab that while on the line sometimes instead of the veggies?

I have the ups and downs major lately, but sticking with it will pay off in the long run for certain!

Take care...
yeah i have issues having time at work to eat the right foods.. I work ina kitchen so its fairly difficult to get moment to eat.. imagine that.. i could eat but none of it is ok in p2. so naturally i don't eat. I generally eat before I go. one meal witha little more protein and sneak in a piece of fruit on the line whcih comes no where near 500 cals.. I also lose more weight those days.. I'm also very active at work running up and down stairs constantly. lifting etc.. But last week on my days off I notice that I stall. well at least last week I did. I actually gained two pounds on my first day off.. didn't cheat just ate what I supposed to. and then the next i stalled. the third day because i get 3 days off I lost a lb.. even with the gain of 2lb i still have managed to lose a little more than a lb a day though.. not sure how much if any i lose by tomorrow morning. I drink more water on my days off as well.. I drink at work too just not nearly enough.. Its too freakin busy. Last week i lost 3.5 2.5 .7 .7 gain of 2 none then lost 1.. then back to work 2.2 2.2 1.2 .4. 1 so its sort of all of the place. You really should try to eat your calories though.. I try to snack at work on various veg I just don't have time to cook protein. I think it will probably hurt us in the long run.. I'm new to this so i'm going off my previous week. I will keep ya posted.. Hope that was somewhat helpful.
