Hey everyone, thanks in advance. Today is my 2nd day of vlc, my first round. When I added up my calories last night before bed I was 50 under. I'm sitting here now Trying to eat strawberries. If I finish them I will be 150 calories under. I'm not hungry (having hard time with strawberries). I know this is not enough calories. I am afraid to make myself eat alot when I am not hungry since I tend to binge when I do that. Any suggestions? I don't want to ruin my body by not eating but don't want to fall off the diet because I start forcing myself to eat when I am not hungry.
