Hi. I'm newly returned after a long break, too. I had round 1 and 2 magic, round 3 complete lack of motivation but I stuck to a short round of P2/short P3, and an aborted round 4. I'm starting at my R2 LDW (and I'm not sure if I should call this R4 or R5). I'm not as motivated or enthusiastic this time as I was at the beginning. I'm more resigned that I want to finish this, and I know it works.

Like you, I wish I had that nirvana. You're right though, these boards are great for accountability and motivation. Getting in the right mindset is the hardest part.
