Squirrel, that's where the measuring tape comes in handy!!!

I was irritated that I couldn't see much difference, but I finally broke down and weighed myself (after 3 weeks) and I'd lost 12 inches (combined) from day 1! I couldn't believe it. Other people can see it, even if it's just a matter of our pants fitting a tad looser. I think we're all used to seeing our huge selves in the mirror, that even when others can see the differences, we can't see them ourselves. We don't perceive our bodies the way the rest of the world views us. We are our harshest critics. Just trust in the numbers and eventually you will see and feel it too!
Congrats on being that close to Onederland! that is a HUGE accomplishment!
