what an awesome testimonybs2010hcg!!!! I am watching the Heroes vs Villians Survivor show (go Colby!) and when I get pissed at a day of weight loss of .2lbs I keep telling myself that I cant quit, Im on an island and have no way off until the end of the 23 day protocol (and no one but me can vote me off!)...so I have no choice but to suck it up...so far it seems to be working for me. Im on vlcd 11 and have lost 10.2 lbs!
