I haven't started yet (just waiting for my bac. water to arrive) but I started a different diet about 3 weeks ago with my mother. The first 2.5 weeks was only certain veg and fruit, plus greek yogurt and lean meat - fish and chicken only, no beef. I am a huuugggeee sweets/sugar addict but I stopped cold turkey eating them. I will admit, the first 3-4 days were really hard, I was craving carbs all the time.. but after that, I totally forgot about them. I stopped wanting bread and bagels and sweets. When I broke down and had a bagel, I could only eat half because a) the half filled me up, and b) I felt SO bloated and gross after eating a few bites.

Now, I will admit I didn't follow through on that diet (we went on vacation = bad for dieting), but I really am excited to get back on it.. I feel like I have so much more energy... and I feel "cleaner" somehow too
