Default Aveda Spa Tea
I really do love the tea that they serve in their spas; it's organic, and naturally sweet. Unfortunately, it is like seriously expensive ($15 for 20 tea bags or $26 for ounces loose).

Anyway, while I was waiting for it to brew, I went online and found an herb site that has a "recipe" that mimics the Aveda stuff.

1-1/4 C Licorice Root
1 C Peppermint Leaves
1/8 C Fennel
1/8 C Basil Leaves

Is there any reason why this would be unacceptable on protocol? I am halfway through my first cup, and am seriously praying it is ok, as it can almost border as a dessert.

Thanks!

PS. this is what the Aveda site says about it.

"Care for the Earth as you care for yourself: our blend is 100% certified organic, and its soothing herbal infusion—naturally sweet, with licorice root and peppermint—steeps you in calm.

• no caffeine, sugar or added flavors
• drink hot or iced"
