looks like you're on P4? i don't think there would be any need or benefit to just eating P2 foods- just keep your calories low those days.
Thanks. Yes, I'm on P4 now. Ok I'll start out with eating P3 on Low & Mid days and P4 on High days and see how it goes. I'll be exercising about 4-5 days a week. I'm thinking ....

Low - 650 cal
Mid - 900
High - 1250

I'll do a week of Low to start off and then switch it up somehow, I'll figure that out later. I may eat a little more on the days I exercise more.

Okay now three days of holiday food coming up! I get two Thanksgiving dinners, one tomorrow, one Friday. Then Saturday is our 11th anniversary and I'm thinking baby back ribs!
