Kristen- my first HCG round was in June and by the end of maintnance I had lost about 45 lbs. I managed to keep all of it off, until December when I got a little lax with my holiday eating.... Like i said- i am already down 19 in 19 days (so, really 17 on the VLCD). remember that your trainer isn't an expert on anything but really pulling a paycheck training people. I have seen good trainers and bad trainers, and they don't really know what the HCG is doing to your body.... to be honest, they don't understand it at all most of the time. Try doing some lighter excersice, cardio things, and see how it affects you... only you will now how your body is going to react to it.
