They're not basically cabbage. I gain on them, a lot. Cabbage I do great. Just because something is in the same veggie family doesn't mean the body breaks them down the same.

Either way they're still not on protocol. I've measured just frozen spinach from a bag, I measure two cups while frozen still. Or you can thaw it and measure then.
