Hi,

I am day 3 into phase 2 but I also received my shipment of a mineral cleanse. I would like to do both at the same time but don't know how the effects will be and if I will still lose weight.. The ingredients are the following:

Sodium salts
Potassium Salts
Ammonium Salts
Magnesium Salts
Chloride
Astevia
Copper- Trace
Iodine
Zinc - Trace
Caffeine
Stevia

I would love to do both but don't know if possible!

All help is welcomed!!
