I had the same decision to make - I ended up opting for the shorter round because (1) for some reason R2 was just harder and I was ready to be done and (2) my losses slow significantly after the first few weeks and I decided it wasn't worth struggling for 2 or 3 more weeks just for a few pounds. I'm in P3 now, and will start a third round at the end of October. I think, though, bottom line is how your body is doing with it - you may lose like a champ and not want to stop!

Ohhh (edited to add this) having said what I just said - I just realized you were talking short rounds like 25 days. I'll let some of the experts chime in here but I have heard/read that stabilization is easier if you go at least 30 days.
