Deanna, so sorry to hear about your mom (((big hugs))). I wouldnt worry about your dose right now. Your skip day was filled with so much emotion (naturally) that I doubt you really got a good bead on your hunger. If you suspect your dose was low, go ahead and increase it for now. I understand wanting to keep going....but go easy on yourself. Take care.....
