Cheer Up! You had one day of feeding freenzy...tomorrow is a new day and you can get back into the saddle and keep going. I have been stuck several times in the past 25 days. I am not at goal and will continue until I get there or run out of dose days (40). Getting stuck or stalled seems to be quite normal. Your body takes time to adjust to losing fat and you may be losing inches and not pounds on the days with no loss on the scale. Fat lives in small compartments much like a honeycomb. When the fat comes out it does so much like honey..a drop at a time. The comb is left behind and your body stores water in it while it decides if it will be needed again. Once it determines it is not needed and due to a lower protein intake from you diet, the body will break down the comb and use it as protein; that is why you don't lose muscle on this low protein diet.

Hang in there and make a fresh start. You will be glad you did.
