1400 calories sounds dangerously low for an 80KG man, especially when you're running 8 miles a day. As for being 'double effective,' in most cases a high calorie expenditure and a low calorie intake usually threatens your metabolism. It sounds like you're eating good things, but if you're not eating enough your metabolism will suffer and you won't lose weight. My advice is to start drinking milk once/day and then only water for your fluids. Eat 5 meals at about 300-450 calories each every 3 hours; that way your body will have fewer calories to burn off after each meal, your metabolic rate will stay high and you won't have to starve yourself! Congrats on the wedding btw!
