One tip that I can share if you don't want to over eat is to stop eating when you are already 80% full and just drink water to fill you up. You can also drink a glass of water just before you eat if you are comfortable that way. It will fill your stomach a little and leave enough space for your food
. It worked for my friend and it helped her lose weight.
