I need any relevant information which will account for the absence of live music in Vancouver/BC.

I did hear (and believe) that the underage kid, 18 instead of 19, who was served in the old Basin Street, (and for which the place was shut down), was a setup.

Renee Rosnes, Herb Besson, Rudi Petchauer, or Campbell Ryga if you read this can you verify?
