Hello Tommyboy! (great movie BTW!)

Here ae the ingredients for the chocolate shakes.

Filtered Water; Protein Blend Soy Protein Isolate; Whey Protein Concentrate; Calcium Caseinate); Cocoa Powder Processed With Alkali; Natural and Artificial Flavor; Sunflower Oil; Vitamin and Mineral Blend (Magnesium Phosphate; Potassium Citrate; Calcium Phosphate; Sodium Citrate; Sodium Ascorbate; Vitamin A Palmitate; Beta-Carotene; dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate; Niacinamide; Zinc Gluconate; d-Calcium Pantothenate; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride; Manganese Gluconate; Thiamin Hydrochloride; Folic Acid; Chromium Chloride; Potassium Iodide; Phytonadione; Sodium Molybdate; Sodium Selenite; Cyancobalamin); Cottonseed Fiber; Sodium Hexametaphosphate; Xanthan Gum; Sucralose (Splenda Brand); Acesulfame Potassium; Carrageenan; Dextrose; Lecithin


The one ingredient that really jumped out at me was dextrose. This is another form of sugar and may be a huge reason why you were kicked out of ketosis.

I also don't like the long list of ingredients that I don't recognize. My personal policy is to only eat foods with ingredients I know, and generally make my own condiments (mayo, salad dressing) when possible.

Hope this helps, sorry I'm not more knowledgable! I wouldn't recommend shakes of any kind, although they may be conveniet. They have led to stalls in may people I have talked to.
