When you need info on the Atkins Diet, go to the source.

Cheese is measure by the ounce and is limited. Cream is measured by the liquid ounce and is limited. Net grams is simply total grams carbohydrate minus fiber grams. Total - fiber = net. If you live in Europe, that's already been done for you on any packaging. Carrots are high in carbs and are not added back until Phase 4, Maintenance. Milk is not allowed, either.

Here's a link to the Induction Foods list. It tells you what you can eat. If it's not on the list (like strawberries) you can't have it. http://www.atkins.com/Program/Phase1...thisPhase.aspx

Read this to learn how to "do Induction right". http://www.atkins.com/Program/Phase1...tionRight.aspx

Here are some other "have to know" tips for Induction. http://www.atkins.com/Program/Phase1...ThisPhase.aspx

I'd also like to suggest you do the "Learn Atkins" on that site. The more you know, the better you will do and less time you will waste relying on bad information.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
