Is "American cheese" the reddish stuff we were fed last time we visited the USA? I never did get used to the colour!

LOTS of cheeses are carb free - camembert, brie, cheddar and 'strong and bitey' cheddar in Australia are all marked as 0 carbs, and our labelling laws are VERY strict!
