You mentioned you have lost 30+ pounds in about 3 months. Do you realize that is 30% of a goal of 100 pounds lost? That is a LOT! That is over 2 pounds per week as an average (but NOT linear.) I am guessing you lost a lot at first and now are wiggling around a weight, up a little, back to the weight, etc.

It is VERY frustrating. After losing a chunk of weight at first, my loss slowed way down. It was not unusual for me to go 19 days wiggling around an area; then I would drop a pound in 2 days, and then another a few days later, then go 12 more days (wiggling) before a full pound was gone, then only 4, etc. The closer I got to goal, the harder it was. It did come off eventually! I still have 4.6 pounds to go (for me that is still 12% of my original goal!) but I only lose about 1/2 lb. per week now and that's OK!!

How long has it been since you lost ONE FULL POUND and not returned to it? That's how I counted...the number of days it took for the scale not to register that weight again. For example I have been as low as 132 but the last weight I have NOT returned to recently is 135. As long as the wiggle is under that, I am on the right track! One day it will be 134 I don't hit on my wiggle, etc.

My best...good luck in finding a solution!
