Your post is a little bit hard to understand... Sorry, I just like punctuation. Heh.

If your weightloss is stalling then there has to be a reason. Remember that 90% of your weightloss in the first week is water weight. Are you drinking plenty of water? Are you exercising? What is your "normal" type of food?

I "plateaued" (for lack of a better word) in my 2nd week, but I had more days off doing exercise that week. If you're not progressing, evaluate what you're eating, and the exercise you're doing. If you have to cut it right down to the bare essentials to figure out what's making the change, then you might have to. You could also get the ketostix, which measure the ketones you excrete in your urine. They will tell you if you're metabolising fat, even if you don't seem to/feel like you've lost any.

Also remember to measure yourself. I only lost .3 of a kg one week, but a whole 1.5 cms from my hips. It's all about making yourself feel good - the more ways you can measure what you're losing, the better!
