I agree with Tril, any multi-vitamin with minerals (but not iron) is good. I take a One-A-Day for Women over 50 (I'm 52) and I also take the additional vitamins that Dr Atkins recommended in his book and vitamins recommended in a book called "You: Staying Young: The Owner's Manual for Extending your Warranty". I take selenium, biotin, Vitamin E, CitraCal, Zinc, Chromium, Magnesium, flaxseed oil, L-Carnitine, DHA, B-12, and Niacin. However, some would say that taking all that is just producing very expensive urine!
