I am back! I am male, 37, 6' 6" and weigh 342 pounds.

In 2001 I weighed 290 pounds, went on Atkins and got myself to 240 pounds.

Needless to say over the last few years I gained it back and then some.

I just wanted to say hi and wish me luck! This is day one of induction. I am not hungry for lunch. I forgot how awesome this is...
