I get the idea that the use of the term "small caliber" in the case, is synonymous to the U.N.'s definition of "small arms", which would be anything that one person could carry and handle, i.e., any caliber pistol, shotgun, rifles 50cal and less... I really think the warning was to have guns you can pickup, aim, and fire, rather than to find the smallest bullets you can get.

The train certainly is getting close to coming off the tracks.
