It's a big annual event isn't it? I think they have a season of these things every year. I remember watching a documentary about a young korean girl who wanted to be in one of these events so she could dance for the Great Leader. It was very interesting. Turns out the Great Leader wasn't able to go to their big show and she was very distressed by that.
