Default I Don't Want Another Dog
Am I the only one?

I see it EVERYWHERE. I see it on the forum, I see it at work, I see it at tournaments, everywhere. People have dogs, and all they do is talk about dogs that they can't wait to own, or how much they just LOVE this dog or that dog. I can understand admiring other dogs and their accomplishments, but it's just not in me to want anything other than what I have.

I have Liberty and Lily. They love me dearly. Liberty has always been there for me, even when I was going through issues with anger, she stuck by me and the objects I hurled across the room in frustration. She's over 10 years old and has not once wavered in her loyalty. She is an incredible dog that helped raise me to be who I am today. I wouldn't be the same without her.

Then there's Lily. I don't even know where to begin with her. At only 2.5 years old, I never would have thought I would have a bond with any other being the way I have a bond with her. She is everything I could want from a dog, both physically and mentally. She is incomparable to anything out there. There will never be another dog like her.

There is no breed that matches these dogs; no specific dog, nor group of dogs that could create them. I don't envy anything other than what I have, because what I have, you can't find or breed. These dogs walk into your life for a reason.

I can't even consider owning another dog. Nothing would compare.

TL;DR: I love my dogs.
