I usually have Cleo in the back seat or in the wagon part of my Highlander. My probably is getting her in the car! She likes to ride but I can't seem to get her to jump in. So I resort to picking her up (all 50 lbs). How do you teach them to jump in? I've tried coaxing her with snacks, toys, you name it.

Does she jump on beds/furniture/anything? Just start incorporating a command with it. A lot of dogs won't jump in simply because they learn that eventually you'll lift them in, so why should they have to jump? lol Does she balk at the door of the car like she's afraid to get in, or just stand there and wait?
