Some people do not appreciate having pictures of their dogs posted by other people without their permission in court cases, since if this case goes negative it puts their own dog in danger. Furthermore, a bunch of pictures and anecdota is most likely not going to hold up in court. If he wants this to stick he's going to need someone to help on his behalf, like an ADBA judge, vet or someone in the same vein who can correctly explain the difference between emaciated and conditioned in court
