I remember that poor guy! One of the owrst I have ever seen outside the Animal Cops shows. Poor dude.

I can't get the CL post to work. I'm going to keep trying, though, because it bothers me so much.

Our D.C. has a website that they update nearly every day with new dogs...
They have a pic of the dog and their guesstimated breed/s, age, etc. and where they were found.
IDK if your D.C. does this but if so, tomorrow, I'd def. put the D.C. link in the CL ad so people can see a pic.
Hope the owner comes forward or she gets adopted
