I have one... liked it for a while, and it did stop the majority of Roxie's pulling. It helped me train her to back up when she got too far out of a heel, so it's helpful in that way. Honestly, what you have to do is stop walking any time your dog pulls, and wait for it to either back up into a heel or get in the heel position. Cuz it's not gonna stop them pulling completely, it's just going to lessen the impact on your end and let them know that they're being a bit too much.
