I've seen this site quite a few times. The "customer testimonials" on the right hand side includes a submission from a "M. Vick of Atlanta, GA"
I'm pretty sure it's a fake, due to that fact, but who knows nowadays...

Well common sense dictates it's a joke, but they made a booboo by not putting a disclaimer, and the website is registered in the U.S. where the content promoting the dog fighting is illegal.
