If a fastlane game-bred dog goes to the Rainbow Bridge will he be able to scratch into the other animals up there if he wanted to?

Better yet, are the deceased Dogmen holding matches up there with Jesus as the ref so they'll be no cheating? Don't mind my drunk self.
