I went to a course the other day and me and my uncle were playing. My wife doesn't play but wanted to go with me. They made me pay extra cart fees because me and my wife had a cart even though my uncle and I both paid cart fees. That played a part in whether I go back there or not seeing as how no other course around here has ever done that.
