Thanks everyone. Last night after I dumped my client off at their hotel, I went to CVS and picked up a brace for my wrist that has these supports for keeping the wrist in a good position. So far today, other than the weird typing with it on my wrist feels much better. I'm also icing it down a few times a day per some info I found late last night on the internet suggesting I had over extended the tendons, which if not treated and rested would lead to tendonititis. Not going to hit balls or golf until next week sometime to give it a rest (killing me) but I don't want to be out for extended time especially with the Fall Outing 7 weeks away!
