i would usually agree in a friendly situation...

BUT I think it does matter on the level of friendship. I also think that if a guy dumps a chick (like straight up "peace it bitch") its a little different than if they just split or if she dumps him. If she dumps him, thats the ABSOLUTE NO NO! ONLY HURT FEELINGS THERE
