Nope. High-sticking = playing the puck with the stick above the "standing up shoulder level". Crossbar of the goal is below the shoulder level. Can't be high-sticking.
Maybe for international play, but in the NHL a goal that is knocked in from above the crossbar is high-sticking. It doesn't make that goal any less impressive though. This hockey tournament doesnt mean much though as Canada, USA, Russia, and even Sweden are all missing their best players. Fun to watch though with the NHL winding down and my Wings knocked out of the playoffs.

Edit: high-sticking the puck (knocking it out of mid-air) is judged from shoulder height.
