How does that make it OK? If a hot girl walked into the gym when I was getting changed I wouldn't think that made it OK to talk about her rack before she left.

Walking into the Gym while you're choosing to change in the open is quite different from her deciding to wander into the mens locker room where 20+ guys are all changing and she is of a gender not designated to be part of that particular space.
